Inspired by the wisdom of Eastern Medicine, I practice and teach Meridian Yoga. My expertise is in designing supportive healing programs that emphasize balance; transforming the body through personalized Yoga sequences and seasonal recipe programs.

I have been living a plant-based lifestyle since 2012, and am exceptionally passionate about animal welfare and sustainability. I believe a plant-forward way of life to be the most optimal way to support human health and longevity.

I founded A L I G N in 2022, furthering a desire to work with individuals looking to deepen their practice through a more personalized experience. In 2023, the build-out of my bespoke studio and greenhouse Yoga space was completed, finalizing my dream to create a healing sanctuary dedicated to sharing the wisdom and teachings of Meridian Yoga. In September of that year, I began seeing my first in-person clients for personalized healing sessions. In November 2023, I launched a YouTube channel providing resources to inspire a more holistic lifestyle and enrich a Yoga practice with this sacred knowledge.
